  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Every employed person complains about his or her boss. Well, if you think that getting along with your boss is tough, wait till you have to deal with customers, suppliers, accountants, lawyers, government officials and nearly everyone. You should be able to work with all personality types and have the ability to extract the desired results with people you work with.
